How to request data deletion
To request the deletion of your personal data, please send an email to contact@kloyz.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Phone number (if applicable)
- A clear statement that you wish to delete all your personal data from Kloyz
What data we may hold
Depending on your use of our services, we may store:
- Account information (name, email, phone number)
- Property and tenant management data
- Usage data and analytics
- Data received via third-party integrations (e.g., Facebook Login, Google Sign-In) if you connected your account
Deletion process and timeline
Once we receive your request: 1. We will verify your identity to protect your data 2. We will process your request within 30 days 3. We will delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with applicable laws 4. We will confirm the deletion by email (unless you have requested otherwise)
Exceptions
We may retain certain data when required by law (e.g., for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or to enforce our agreements). In such cases, we will inform you of the retention period.
